Arjun and the Angery-Dragon

Updated: Sep 17

A playful CBT story to tame big feelings

Arjun’s dragon roared… until he learned the secret to turning fire into laughter!

Arjun and the Angry Dragon is a short CBT story for kids on anger management. Designed for ages 4–10, it helps children recognise their angry feelings and learn simple techniques like belly breathing and detective thinking.

Every child has a dragon inside — those fiery feelings that sometimes feel too big.

Through Arjun’s journey, kids learn they can pause, breathe, and choose differently.

That’s the heart of CBT — turning strong emotions into gentle, thoughtful choices.
