Core Beliefs, our guiding force.

Today I am going to discuss about core beliefs. These beliefs are central point of our thought process and determine our attitudes and our life rules. We consider them as facts and completely believe on them.

Core beliefs are developed in childhood or early adolescence. These beliefs are positive as well as negative. Negative core beliefs adversely affect our overall quality of life by impacting our thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

Watch the video to know how these core beliefs are developed and remain stable. Also learn how we can identify, evaluate and modify these core beliefs to improve our overall quality of life!
